THE people of Waterford will have the opportunity to pass on their complaints regarding public services to Ombudsman Peter Tyndall and staff from his office at the Tower Hotel until 7pm today (Thursday, September 14).

The Ombudsman can investigate complaints from members of the public who feel they have been unfairly treated by public service providers, including: Government Departments and Offices, health agencies providing services on behalf of the HSE, Nursing Homes (including private), Local Authorities and third-level education bodies.

You must have tried to resolve your complaint with the service provider before contacting the impartial, independent and free to use Ombudsman.
