The Annual Winter League is up and running in the City every Thursday evening starting at 7pm at the RSC, registration from 6pm. Whether you are running in the winter league or just training around our roads its essential that in the dark months especially you all wear reflective clothing its just common sense. Drivers, cyclists (who also should be well lit up) need to know where runners are and runners need to be aware of where drivers and cyclists are.
