WATERFORD City & County Council issued a total of 52 ‘On the Spot’ litter fines (pending payment or prosecution) between January 1 and March 31.

As noted in the Council’s Management Report for March, nine further On the Spot fines, including fines dating from 2016 and 2017, have been paid to date this year.
