IT’S with deep and sad regret that we place on record the death of Mary Binkie Power nee Wallace, who was called from this life on Friday, April 23. Her remains were removed from Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Sunday, April 25, to the Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to the adjoining cemetery.

We also place on record the death of Ryan Starmer, Shorewood, Ballinakill, Waterford, who passed away on Sunday, April 25. His remains were removed, on Thursday, April 29, to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Otteran’s Cemetery.

The death has taken place of Joseph Joe O’Sullivan, Wilkin Street, Waterford, and formerly of Roche’s Street, who passed away to his eternal rest on Monday, April 26. His remains were removed, on Friday, April 30, to St. Joseph and Benildus Church, Newtown. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Otteran’s Cemetery.

The death has also occurred of Doreen Nolan nee Bishop, Newrath, Waterford, and late of Tramore, who died on Tuesday, April 27. A private service was celebrated at Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Wednesday, April 28, with burial afterwards to St. Declan’s Cemetery, Riverstown, Tramore.

It’s also with sadness and regret that we place on record the death of George Cummins, Williamstown, Waterford, who was called from this life on Saturday, April 24. His remains were removed, on Saturday, May 1, to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to Crooke Cemetery, Passage East.

We also place on record the death of Daniel Danny Reynolds, Sunrise Crescent, Waterford, late of St. John’s Park, and Waterford Crystal, who passed away on Tuesday, April 27. His remains were removed, on Friday, April 30, to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

The death has taken place of Michael Grace, St. John’s Villas, Waterford, who passed away to his eternal rest on Thursday, April 29. His remains were removed, on Sunday, May 2, to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Otteran’s Cemetery.

The death has taken place of John Harney, Annestown, Waterford, who passed away to his eternal rest on Saturday, April 24. His remains were removed, on Monday, April 24, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Fenor. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to the adjoining cemetery.

The death has also occurred of Johanna Hannah Shanahan nee Curran, Clonea Power, Waterford, who died on Saturday, April 24. Her remains were removed, on Tuesday, April 27, to Clonea Church. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival to the adjoining cemetery.

It’s also with sadness and regret that we place on record the death of Bridget Byrne nee Walsh, Clonea Power, Waterford, and late of Thurles, who was called from this life on Sunday, April 25. Her remains were removed form Ryan’s Funeral Home, Thurles, on Tuesday, April 27, to the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles. Burial took place after a private funeral Mass, which was celebrated on arrival, to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Thurles.

We also place on record the death of Martin Keane, Lismore, Waterford, and late of Achill Island, who passed away on Monday, April 26. A private funeral was celebrated amid Covid 19 guidelines.

The death has taken place of Austin Flynn, Dungarvan, Waterford, who passed away to his eternal rest on Monday, April 26. A private funeral was celebrated amid Covid 19 guidelines.

The death has also occurred of Anne Cummins, Dungarvan, Waterford, and late of Sandymount, Dublin, who died on Monday, April 26. Her remains were removed from the Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan, on Thursday, April 29, to St. Mary’s Church, Dungarvan, followed by private burial.
