It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
A part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
In loving memory of our dear Mam, Geraldine (Ger) Higgins, Kennedy Pk, Tramore whose 1st anniversary occurs on October 12th.
Our family would like to thank most sincerely all of those who sympathised with us on our very sad, sudden bereavement.
Thank you to those who sent Mass cards and letters of condolences and to everyone who offered support to us in any way.
Sadly we miss you along life’s way,
Quietly remembered everyday.
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our heart’s Mam, you’re always there.
Quietly with all our love, your memory we treasure,
Missing you deeply, forgetting you never.
Missed everyday by your heartbroken daughters Ruth and Beth and your devastated grandchildren Benjamin, Amelia, Xavier and Mikayla.
In loving memory of Alan Marshall, late of MilitaryBarracks, Waterford who died 12th October 2020.
We think about you often, we talk about you still,
You have not been forgotten, and you never will.
To us you were someone special, what more is there to say.
We only wish with all our hearts that you were here today.
Loved and missed always, Dad. xx
It was a sudden parting, too bitter to forget
Those who loved you dearly are the ones who can’t forget
We often sit and think of you and think of how you died
To think you could not say goodbye before you closed your eyes
Your life was one of kindly deeds, a helping hand for others needs
Sincere and true in heart and mind, beautiful memories you left behind.
The blow was hard, the shock severe to part with one we loved so dear
Our loss is great, we’ll not complain but trust in God to meet again
Two tired eyes are sleeping, two willing hands are still
The one who worked so hard for us is resting at God’s will.
Love always your sister Jessica and brother-in-law Bru. xxx
Softy in the morning you heard a gentle call
You took the hand God offered you
And quietly left us all. the day you left us Alan our hearts just broke in two
The smallest part is still with us and the biggest part with you
For the rest of our lives we will miss you, our secret tears still flow
Oh, how we really miss Uncle, no one will ever know.
Never forgotten love from your nephews and nieces, Warren, Rebecca, Kian and Katie. xxx
When last we saw your smiling face you looked so bright and well.
Little did we know that night was to be your last farewell.
To us you were someone special, someone kind and true,
You will never be forgotten, Alan for we thought the world of you.
Loved forever your brother Mervyn, sister-in-law Sinead nephews Davin and Josh. xx
You always had a smile to share, time to give and time to care,
Years may pass and tears may dry, but memories of you will never die.
Love from your niece Emma and gran niece Lilly Ann. xx
You went away so suddenly no time to say goodbye
But brothers can’t be parted, precious memories never die.
Think of you every day love Stevo.
Alan lives with us in memory
Before our eyes he grew weaker every day,
Doing all we could to save him
Never shall his memory fade
Our sweetest love lingers forever.
God looked around his garden and found an empty space
He then looked down upon the earth and saw you tired face
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest
With the help of his angels they flew you to your heavenly
place. Love Aleisha, Róísin and Annais.
