The death has occurred of Seamus O Rourke, Leamy Street, (formerly of Sallypark) Waterford, late of A.C.E.C, yesterday, January 31, 2023.

Seamus is predeceased by his beloved wife Ann, parents Patrick and Mary, brother Tommy.

He will be sadly missed by his family; as the beloved father of Eadaoin, adored grandfather of Charley and Nicole, son-in-law Edd, brother John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces Martina, Eleanor, Sharon and Fiona, nephew Padraig, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

May Seamus rest in peace.

Reposing in Thompson’s Funeral Home Barrack Street on Friday February 3 from 3.30pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 5pm.

Requiem mass on Saturday (February 4) in The Holy Family Church, Luke Wadding Street at 10am followed by burial in Kilbarry cemetery.

Seamus’ funeral cortége will be walking from his residence on Saturday en route to the Holy Family Church and passing his residence on route to the cemetery.

The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors and carers in University Hospital Waterford for the wonderful care they gave to Seamus while he was in hospital.
