Change of plan at former Waterford Crystal site
Plans for the former Waterford Crystal factory site which were submitted in 2019.
Amendments have been made to a planning application for the development at the former Waterford Crystal site on the Cork Road.
The previously granted 906 square metre restaurant area will now consist of an office space. Alterations will also be made to the internal layout of the building to facilitate additional office space of 154.5 square metres.
The car park areas will now include 27 additional spaces, along with additional cycle shelters, car charging stations and the expansion of the existing access road to the site.
Changes will also be made to facades, with additional entrance/ exit doors and alterations to external finish materials.
A decision is expected to be made on these new plans by July 4.
