'Hook, line and sinker' - Waterford Gardaí presented with 'fishy' case to solve

The Gardaí in Waterford were presented with a 'fishy' case to solve recently.

A member of the public handed in a fishing rod to Dunmore East Garda Station on Friday, August 1, and the Gardaí are hoping to reunite it with its owner.

In an online post they noted: "Gone Fishing. But are you missing something?"

"This fishing rod is waiting to be collected by the owner at Waterford Garda Station," noted the Gardaí in their social media post.
